The platform-level OnePass Africa Privacy Policy describes how OnePass (the infrastructure that powers this storefront) handles your data: what we collect at checkout, how the cross-network wallet card works, and the rights you have over your data.

Buyer data captured at checkout (name, email, phone, ticket history) is shared with Xfest so they can fulfill the ticket and contact you about the event you bought. For data requests specific to Xfest (exports, corrections, erasure), reach them via the contact details in the footer.
